How do I use Relief Melts with CBD?
We suggest refrigerating Relief Melts for up to 15 minutes before use to firm up the cocoa butter for easier insertion.
To open the melts, split the two ribbed tabs of the plastic mold and pull them apart to reveal the melt inside. With clean hands, insert the Relief Melt as far into your vagina as possible. Then relax for 10-20 minutes or longer if you are comfortable and have time. It can be helpful to lie with your hips elevated to allow the melt to be absorbed.
After the cocoa butter and hemp oil have had time to absorb and you stand up again, some may still exit your body. This is normal, but you may want to use a panty liner to protect your clothing.

How long will I feel the effects of Relief Melts with CBD?
As every body is unique, the length of time that one will feel the effects of our Relief Melts will vary from person to person. We’ve received reports of our Relief Melts lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to several hours. We recommend starting with one melt, waiting 30 minutes, and seeing how you feel.

Can Relief Melts be inserted anally?

Are Relief Melts with CBD pH balanced?
Because Relief Melts are oil-based, they do not have a pH value. We refrain from using any of the common ingredients that can disturb the vagina’s pH, such as glycerin, parabens, or synthetic fragrances in our products, which you can read up on here.
We recommend doing a patch test on the inner wrist or forearm before using our products.
For some, the vaginal microbiome can be easily disrupted. If you know you are sensitive or tend to be predisposed to UTIs, yeast infections, and other common imbalances, please check in with your healthcare provider to ensure our Relief Melts will be a good fit.
