Relief Melts are usually most effective just before or when cramping starts.
Elevate your hips and insert the suppository as deeply as possible, and allow some time for the CBD to absorb into the local tissues.
After you stand up again, some oil may still drip out of your body. This is normal, but you may want to use a liner or tampon.

How are Relief Melts with CBD different from Intimacy Melts with CBD?
Our Relief Melts with CBD are formulated primarily for menstrual relief, with a stronger dose of 100mg CBD and 8 suppositories per box, while Intimacy Melts with CBD were designed to support sexual pleasure and come in packs of 4, with 50mg CBD each.
Can Relief Melts be used by both males & females?
Yes! Relief Melts are intended for both vaginal and anal use to ease discomfort and increase relaxation.
Will I test positive on a drug test if I use Relief Melts?
No – unlike psychoactive THC, the broad-spectrum CBD in Relief Suppositories will not cause you to fail a drug test.
Can I use Relief Melts with a condom?
Because Relief Melts are oil-based and can degrade latex and poly-isoprene, we recommend choosing oil-safe barriers like polyurethane or nitrile condoms for protection from STIs and pregnancy (or lambskin for prevention of pregnancy but not STIs).
Several major condom brands offer polyurethane condoms. Just be sure they're "poly-urethane" NOT "poly-isoprene."
Some couples enjoy the FC2 "female condom" or "internal condom" since it is less constricting, with more sensation for him and less friction for her.

Great. The melts are a little tricky in the summer heat but have provided relief from a pelvic floor injury. Booty melts also help and are a tad stronger. If only they were more affordable!

I love and enjoy these melts! They’re great for relaxing the area especially after rough sex! My only negative comment is that the individual wrappers are crazy hard to pull apart! We literally had to get pliers!

The only note I would have is for them to soften both ends of the melts more with a rounded end. They should design a better system for bulk buying for people with medical situations involving chronic continuous pain. I use 2 melts a day and do not know how I will afford this long term even with a 15-20% discount it’s over $350 a month for CBD. I asked if I could buy 6-months worth but was ignored.

Works fantastic but a hit hard to use
The package is hard to open for the suppositories and sometimes they are broken or melted a bit. But, if those issues are good and you use the product it works great to reduce your pain and enhance your experience for sure.
